Matter did a full strategic and design overall of Open Works’ website including IA, content strategy, based on data analytics and user interviews, and design. Open Works’ mission is to connect makers to the manufacturing equipment, space, and education they need. Our goal was to communicate this mission clearly and to provide a user experience that connected visitors to a variety of information quickly, intuitively and in a way that engaged them to visit the site and keep visiting the site for new and useful information.
